Who roasted your coffee? Where are they? Why do they do it? Every bag comes with the story behind the roaster — because knowing where your coffee comes from makes it taste better.
When does my coffee ship?
Subscriptions ship on the first week of every month. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it's on its way.
Can I skip a month?
Absolutely. Log into your account and hit "Skip" before the 25th of the prior month. No questions asked.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime. Yearly subscribers can cancel and will receive the remaining months of their commitment.
What kind of coffee will I get?
It changes every month. We work with independent roasters across the country — expect single origins, small-batch blends, light to medium roasts, and the occasional wild card. We lean toward quality and story over mass production.
Do you accommodate dietary needs?
All of our coffee is naturally vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free. If you have specific concerns about allergens in a roaster's facility, reach out and we'll get you the details.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Free shipping on all subscription orders within the continental US. Alaska and Hawaii may have a small surcharge.
Can I choose my roast level?
Not at this time. Part of the experience is discovering something new. That said, we tend to feature light to medium roasts that highlight the bean's origin characteristics.
